Hello, my name is Ashley and I am so glad you are here. I am a Nashville native and am passionate about helping folks find healing and hope during difficult times. I work with pre-teens to mid twenties and focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQIA+, multicultural identity, ADHD, and self-esteem. The therapeutic relationship is very important to me. It is fostered through trust, openness, empathy, and honesty. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental, compassionate environment where my clients will feel supported.
