Hello and Welcome!
Searching for a therapist can be overwhelming, so know that you have completed the most challenging part: the search!
Here is a little bit about me to help determine whether or not the search is over :)
I believe an important (if not the most important) aspect of your therapist is how comfortable you feel being honest with them. The healing and unpacking process will only be productive and effective if you feel that you can be honest and share all the details of your life without being judged, and that's what I hope to be for you!
I enjoy working with all types of clients, but if you have ever felt overwhelming anxiety, bullying, depression, or just feeling a little more down than your usual self, struggling with relationships or life transitions in general, we may be a good fit. Navigating life can be hard, but you are not meant to navigate it alone:)
As a therapist, my goal is for all my clients, as well as others, to feel they can come to me as their most comfortable and authentic selves. My approach to therapy is to come to each session with a warm heart and a relatable ear. My approach is that life is meant to be manageable, lived, and filled with humor and laughter, feel breathable, and not meant to be lived in suffocation. My hope and goal for each client are that each session experience leaves them lighter than when they came in :)
