Experiences are different for each individual and these experiences can have a significant impact in our daily lives. Your mental health matters and I'm here to help you develop the healthiest mindset that can drive you to achieve your life goals.

I specialize in PTSD-trauma and stressor related, anger management, depression, anxiety, neurodevelopmental disorders, behavioural and emotional disorders, substance abuse, and grief. I utilize many different styles of therapeutic techniques that are tailored specifically to my clients needs.

As cliché as it might sound, I truly am here for you. My compassion, commitment, and loyalty lies with each one of my clients. I maintain professionalism, but I am also a person who strives to make sure that you feel comfortable in my sessions and you can be your absolute whole self with me.
