Many men—particularly college students and adults navigating demanding life transitions—feel pressure to manage stress, emotions, and expectations on their own. Academic demands, career uncertainty, relationships, and substance use concerns can quickly become overwhelming, leading to anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck. I work with adult men, including college students, who want practical support and meaningful change.
My primary focus is individual therapy for substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and life stress. In one-on-one work, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore challenges honestly and at your own pace. Together, we focus on developing insight, strengthening coping skills, improving emotional regulation, and building healthier patterns that align with your values and goals.
While individual therapy is the core of my work, I also have experience facilitating group therapy and can incorporate the benefits of connection and accountability when appropriate. My approach is collaborative, structured, and grounded in evidence-based practices like ACT and CBT, with an emphasis on practical tools you can use in daily life.
Therapy with me is a place where men can show up authentically, gain clarity, and develop resilience—whether you’re managing college stress, navigating major life transitions, or working toward long-term personal growth.
