Hi! Welcome! 

I’m so glad you’re here. I always say that finding a therapist is kind of like dating - you truly have to find the right match. Here’s some nuggets of information about me and my style of therapy that might help you decide if I feel like a good fit for you. 

I believe that healing comes in the form of connection. I’m extremely passionate about the therapeutic relationship and I will spend a lot of time getting to know you in an authentic and judgement free way. 

I believe that we are human beings, not human doings. Learning to simply be - with ourselves, our emotions, and our stories - can be a radical act of self-discovery. 

I also believe that two things can be true at once. Life can be hard and beautiful. You can be strong and vulnerable. Learning to hold both is a skill we can grow together. 

I am particularly passionate about walking alongside individuals working through self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, spirituality, anxiety, depression and perfectionism. If you’ve ever felt like you’re “too much” or “not enough” - or maybe even both at the same time - we might be a good fit. 

My overall approach to therapy is warm, relational, and person-centered. My hope is that clients leave each session carrying a bit less weight, speaking a little more kindly to themselves, and becoming a little more at home with who they were made to be.
