she/her

Te’u le va, a Samoan idea meaning "nurture the space between us," inspires my approach to connection and healing. As a biracial Samoan woman, these values have anchored my personal and professional journey. I believe healing involves reconnecting with ourselves, others and the world. I center the individual as the expert, drawing on approaches like somatic therapies, CBT, systems theory, attachment theory, and IFS to support client-led growth. I'm an MSW student, mother of three, and have over 20 years of experience as a hairstylist and salon owner, blending these experience to impact my practice.
